Avengers: Endgame is the Marvel Studios film and the 22nd installment in the MCU as it is directed by the Russo Brothers and released in 2019. 21 films later and we get this masterpiece as it is a huge achievement for Marvel. There was no other film like this, and there will never be another film like this.
The original six Avengers return as Robert Downey Jr., Chris Evans, Chris Hemsworth, Scarlett Johansson, Mark Ruffalo, and Jeremy Renner returns, some for the final time and they all gave phenomenal performances. The film also stars Paul Rudd, Don Cheadle, Brie Larson, Karen Gillan, and Bradley Cooper also return as their characters who join the Avengers to fight against Thanos. Each one of the cast members was just amazing and gave stellar performances as there are a lot of emotional moments in the film and they did great in those moments, giving the film a lot of heart.
The film is about the surviving members of the Avengers attempting to reverse what Thanos has done doing whatever it takes. The film includes lots of phenomenal moments from the introduction to characters, buildup, emotion stakes, the humor, the scenes where they are just interacting were all perfectly executed in this film and entertaining to watch. This film has plenty of emotional moments similar to what Logan did as we have seen these characters throughout 10 years, it gets emotional seeing the situation that they're in and that is just done perfectly as we care for them. The CGI, score, and action once again were phenomenal. The final fight is just 100% perfection as it is just epic seeing everyone on screen together. What I loved is how it wraps everything up, but at the same time sets it up for more.
There is one minor flaw as it kills off a certain character which I felt could have gone in a separate direction and do it differently.
Overall, this film is phenomenal it is epic. It's crazy looking at the first Iron Man film and 11 years later getting this. It's a shame that it didn't get the Oscar buzz it deserved. But regardless, Marvel did what many have tried to do with this film as it is a milestone for them. There will never be another film like this, at least for a long time.
