The Falcon and the Winter Soldier is the newest addition in the MCU as Kari Skogland directed all 6 episodes and was released on Disney Plus in 2021. Being a big fan of the Captain America movies, it was obvious I was going to love this series, and I did!

Anthony Mackie and Sebastian Stan both returns as Falcon and Bucky and both were phenomenal in the show. The two were underrated from the beginning as they sided characters in films and it is just amazing to see them have their time to shine. As I was watching this series Bucky becoming my favorite MCU character. The series had one hell of a supporting cast as it includes Emily VanCamp as Sharon Carter and Daniel Brühl as Zemo who both did amazing as it was great seeing more of their characters, especially Carter. The series also includes great performances by Wyatt Russell as John Walker, Erin Kellyman as Karli, and a phenomenal performance by Lumbly who portrayed Isaiah Bradley.

The series is about Sam Wilson and Bucky Barnes 6 months after the events of Endgame where they must stop the Flag Smashers with the new Captain America, John Walker, and an unexpecting ally as Sam understands the importance of the shield. This series did a phenomenal job with each of the arcs from Sam's, Buckys, Walkers, and even Zemo's as they had their time to shine and were explored more. The series also explored racial issues which were done perfectly and was an important part of the series. The series also had it all from great character moments, a lot of heart, amazing action, and chilling moments with its twists and payoffs.

A few minor flaws with the series is that there was one thing they did that I didn't like with a subplot that included a twist which if it was cut out it would not change anything in the series. Plus with the twist just felt disrespectful towards a character. Also, I wish they could have done more by explaining what happened to Steve Rogers.

Overall this was a phenomenal series and another masterpiece in the MCU. It is one of the best Marvel shows there is. This series is a definite must-watch. I can't wait for Captain America 4 with Sam being Captain America. I do recommend it.
